250 grm. Minced Mutton or Beef (finely minced)
1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp. Red Chilies -crushed)
5 Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
2 Green Chilies-chopped
1 tsp. Coriander (Dhaniya) Seeds-crushed
1/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1 small Onion-finely chopped
2 tbs. Basen OR 1 slice of bread OR 1 egg
Oil for deep-frying
Directions
- In the mincemeat add all the spices and mix well. Add basen flour OR bread Or egg to the mixture and mix well..
- Heat the oil for deep-frying.
- Make small balls of this mincemeat mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup or mint chutney
