1 tsp. Cloves (Laung)
5 Black Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)
Directions
- Extract seeds from Black Cardamon. Roast along with all other ingredients in a dry pan
- Once cool, grind into a powder and mix well.
- Use it as an ingredient orr to garnish certain dishes.
