2 cup Chana
¼ tsp. soda
1 Potato (large)
2 Green Chilies-chopped
1/8 tsp. Turmeric (Haldi)-powder
1/2 tsp. Cumin Seed (Zeera)
1/4 tsp. Garam Masala-powder
1/2 tsp. Salt (adjust to taste)
1 Onion (medium)-chopped
1/2 tsp. Red Chili (Lal Mirch)-powder
1/4 cup Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) -eaves
2 tbsp. Tamarin-(Imli)-paste
1/4 tsp. Ginger (Adrak)-paste
2 Tomatoes-chopped
Directions
- Boil Chana with soda, chili powder, haldi, ginger and Cumin (zeera) till soft.
- Boil potato, peel and cut into small pieces.
- Mix everything into a bowl and add impli paste.
- Garnish with dhaniya, green chilies and garam masala and serve.
