Kadhi or karhi is a Rajasthani dish consisting of fritters (known as pakoras), dahi (yogurt) and spices. It’s a simple dish, easy to make and delicious! You can use buttermilk as a replacement to yogurt if desired. Usually, yogurt that sour is preferred for this dish. It is usually served with cooked rice or roti.
