250 grm. potatoes – 1 medium sized onion-chopped
2 -3 Tomatoes chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (according to taste)
1/2 tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
2 green chilies
1 tbs. chopped Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.
- Sauté the onion in oil till transparent.
- Add all the spices and potato.
- Cover and cook on low heat.
- When the potatoes have softened a little, add tomatoes, mix well and cook till potatoes have softened and water has dried. Do not add any extra water.
- Garnish with green chilies and fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
