1 cup Yogurt
2 Green Chilies
1/2 cup Mint (Podina) -leaves
1/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)-powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cucumber
Directions
- Skin and grate the cucumber.
- Add half the salt to the grated cucumber and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Drain the cucumber and squeeze as much water out of it as possible
- Blend the remaining ingredients
- Add in the cucumber and serve
